4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.3 KYC Verification

We trigger full KYC verification when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000 within any rolling 180-day period, or earlier at our discretion. All withdrawals will be blocked until identity verification has been successfully completed. We apply a 50% administrative fee on any withdrawals of €10,000 or more made from accounts that are under self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions.
